A vending machine's glass had been broken with a chair, and most of the candy and chips were stolen, said a criminal complaint filed in Ramsey County District Court.

Police followed a trail of Cheetos from the rec center, around the side of the building and to a home in the 600 block of Rose Avenue, where a witness said she saw the suspects go, the complaint said.
