2 Bags Flamin’ Hot Cheetos (8.5 oz per bag)
1 Bag Crunchy Cheetos (8.5 oz per bag)
1 Stick of Melted Butter (8 tbsp, microwaved)
1 Tbsp Salt
1 1/4 Cup Milk
24 oz Cream Cheese (softened at room temp)
1/3 cup Sour Cream
3 Eggs (room temp)
Spicy Honey (Optional for Drizzle) —TOOLS—

9” Spring Form or Regular Pie Pan
Standing Mixer
Blender or Food Processor
Spatula —STEPS—

1. Preheat oven to 325F (160C)

2. Lightly pulse Flamin’ Hot Cheetos in blender, one bag at a time. Set aside 1/4 cup of processed Flamin' Hot Cheetos.

3. Combine melted butter & remaining Flamin’ Hot Cheetos in medium bowl with a spatula until butter is absorbed.

4. Pour mixed Flamin’ Hot Cheetos Dust into 9” Springform pan & press firmly into bottom, about 3/4 to the top sides of pan. Refrigerate crust for 10 min minimum and/or until Step 7 of recipe.

5. Pulse Crunchy Cheetos in blender until dust-like. Proceed to mix together 2 cups of the Crunchy Cheetos dust with milk in separate bowl. Set aside leftover Crunchy Cheetos dust for topping.

6. Mix together softened cream cheese & salt into standing mixer, followed by sour cream & Crunchy Cheetos/milk mixture. Slowly add eggs (beaten & added one by one) into mixer. Finalize Cheetos Pie filling.

7. Remove Flamin’ Hot Cheetos crust from refrigerator. Proceed to pour Cheetos Pie filling into crusted pan. Spread evenly until smooth.

8. Bake 45-50 minutes & remove. Gently touch the surface of the center of the pie with 1 or 2 fingers. Don’t press too hard! You want to check the doneness in the middle of the pie, rather than near the edges. If the surface of the pie has a little bit of give but feels firm, the pie is done. If your finger sinks into the pie or comes away with batter on it, the pie needs more time in the oven. Bake it for another 5 minutes before checking it again. Remove from oven & let cool 10 min at room temperature. Decorate pie with remaining Cheetos Dust while cooling.

9. Refrigerate Cheetos Pie for 6 hours min. or overnight. Top with whole Cheetos and more Cheetos Dust with an optional light drizzle of Spicy Honey for complexity. Enjoy!!
